this turned in to almost 2 and 1/2 days of outage.
We can't apologize enough to all of our customers, we know most of you have a routine, and it's frustrating to not be able to do things on a regular schedule. We screamed, we begged, we did our best to get the situation corrected as fast as possible, working late in to the night and early in to the morning.
